We are an Australian-registered business operating remotely. Every service we offer is delivered remotely, so we work with clients anywhere in Australia and often anywhere with a stable internet connection.

How quickly can you respond?

For urgent IT support issues we aim to respond same day. For new software, website, or AI projects we usually schedule a scoping conversation within a couple of business days.

Do you offer ongoing support arrangements?

How does pricing work?

For well-defined work we quote fixed-scope. For larger projects or ongoing development we offer hourly retainers. For IT support we charge per session or per hour, whichever is fairer for the job.

No. The first scoping conversation is free. We only charge once we have agreed on what is being built or fixed and you have signed off on a quote.

For larger projects we typically split payment into milestones, with a portion upfront and the remainder on delivery. For small jobs we invoice on completion. We agree on the terms in writing before starting.

We connect over a screen-sharing tool you trust, or one we recommend. You see everything we do, and you can end the session at any time. For development projects, we share progress through demos, video walkthroughs, or staging environments.

Is my data safe when working remotely?

Yes. We use reputable screen-sharing and collaboration tools, you control what we see and access, and we do not retain access after a job is closed. For sensitive data we can sign an NDA before any work begins.

No. A large part of what we do is translating real-world problems into clear technical solutions. You describe the situation in your own words; we work out the right approach and explain it back in terms you can verify.
