SECTION A
Getting Started
Send an enquiry using the form on this website, email contact@customlogic.com.au or call us. Share your goal or challenge and a little about your current setup. You can include a brief, preferred timing or budget if you have one. Please leave out passwords, access keys and private customer information.
The form confirms when our email service accepts your enquiry. This does not confirm that someone has read it. If an error appears, your details stay available to edit and you can email contact@customlogic.com.au instead. If a request times out, check with us before sending again to avoid a duplicate.
Custom Software, AI Solutions, Websites and Remote IT Support are delivered remotely across Australia. We collaborate with business owners, operational teams, technical teams and existing providers through shared reviews, demonstrations and remote support.
Tell us your preferred timing and whether an issue is interrupting your business. Response times depend on availability and the work involved; we will discuss priorities and confirm the next steps when we reply.
SECTION B
Scope and Pricing
Work can be structured around a defined project, staged delivery or ongoing needs. We explain the approach and agree the scope, pricing basis and payment terms before starting. Rates and terms are confirmed during scoping so you can make an informed decision.
We explore what you want to achieve, the systems you already use and what a useful result would look like. We explain the options and recommend a practical next step. Any assessment or project costs are discussed before work begins.
The deliverables, priorities, responsibilities and checks that define a useful result. We also plan any deployment, handover, maintenance and further development you need. A scope can cover a single task, several stages or an ongoing relationship.
Custom Logic operates as an Australian business with an ABN. We confirm invoicing and payment details as part of the agreed work.
SECTION C
Process and Delivery
We agree a suitable way to collaborate and the access needed for the work. Support may use screen sharing or approved administrative access. You can end a screen-sharing session at any time. Development work uses demonstrations, shared reviews and test versions so your team can see progress and provide feedback.
We agree access permissions, confidentiality requirements and data handling before the work starts, using your approved accounts and processes. Please keep sensitive files and credentials out of the initial enquiry; we can arrange an appropriate way to share what is needed.

The examples on this site are starting points. Tell us about your systems, preferred technology and the outcome you want. We assess the requirement and recommend a practical approach, whether the work fits one service area or brings several together.
SECTION E
Remote IT Support
We help troubleshoot business applications, operating systems, devices, servers, cloud services, connectivity and access issues. We also support migrations, backups, staff setup and changes to your environment. The priority is to resolve the immediate issue and improve how your systems support the business.
We work across Windows, macOS, Linux and other business environments, including applications, servers and cloud services. Tell us what you use and what you need help with so we can plan the right support for your setup.
We investigate remotely, explain the findings and help plan the next step. Physical repairs and on-site tasks need a local provider; we can support your team with diagnostic information and coordination. The investigation scope and charges are agreed before work starts.
