Privacy Policy

When you send us an email or send an enquiry using the form on this website, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. The form also uses an automated-abuse check, described below.

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, to scope and quote work, and to follow up about the project you contacted us about. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Our website runs on Vercel. Email enquiries and sent copies are stored in our business mail account hosted by Google Workspace. The form sends your details to Vercel, which processes them and uses Google Workspace to deliver the enquiry to our business inbox. Our application does not save enquiry details in browser storage or write them to application logs. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using a verification token and, when available, your IP address. Our application does not send the enquiry message text to Cloudflare.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use Vercel, Google Workspace and Cloudflare to operate the website, measure visits, deliver enquiries and prevent abuse, as described on this page. We may also disclose information if required by Australian law or to protect our legal rights.

Enquiry emails remain in our business inbox so we can respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete them; we will explain if records need to be kept for legal or project obligations.

You can ask to see what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us using the address below. We will discuss your request and any record-keeping obligations that affect it.

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the public website to understand which pages people visit and how they find us. Vercel provides aggregate reports that can include referring sites, general location, device and browser information. It does not use tracking cookies; visitor identifiers are discarded after 24 hours. Our integration measures only our explicitly listed public page paths, including published tool pages and removes query strings and fragments from the page URLs we send. It does not send enquiry fields or custom interaction events. We disable it when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The site also saves your appearance and button-position preferences in your browser. Enquiry fields stay in page memory and are not saved in browser storage. Calculator inputs and results are processed in page memory on your device. We do not send these figures to our server or analytics, or save them in browser storage. The website health checker sends the public page address you enter to our server, which requests that page to inspect its HTML and timing, then checks up to eight eligible links on the same origin. These requests do not use your browser cookies or login. We do not persist checked addresses, page content or reports in our application or write them to application logs. Our hosting provider processes request metadata to operate the service. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit checker abuse. Following a PageSpeed Insights link sends the checked address to Google. Do not enter sensitive page addresses.

Text entered in the word counter, dates entered in the date calculator and passwords generated by our password tool are processed in page memory. We do not send this content to our server or analytics, or save it in browser storage. Copying a result or password puts it on your device clipboard, where other apps or clipboard history may be able to access it. Clearing a result from the page does not clear your clipboard. Word-counter reports omit the source text. Generated passwords have no print-report option and their field is hidden from ordinary page printing.

QR content, JSON and time-calculator inputs are processed in page memory on your device. They are not saved in browser storage or sent to our server or analytics. QR and JSON downloads contain the result you explicitly choose to save; anyone who scans a QR code can read its content.

The image resizer reads your selected image locally and creates a new downloadable file. It does not upload file contents or names, send them to analytics, or save them in browser storage. Clearing the tool releases its local previews; the original file and downloads you saved remain on your device. Age and average calculations also stay in page memory. Age reports include the dates you entered. Average reports omit the original number list.

Financial calculator amounts, rates and goals stay in page memory and are not sent to our server or analytics or saved in browser storage. Copy and print reports include your inputs and results. Monthly CSV downloads include your assumptions and schedule, and are saved only when you choose to download them.

Directory search text and the compact or detailed view choice are kept in the current browser history entry so Back can restore your filters. They are not added to the page URL, sent to analytics or stored in local storage. Searches in Find another tool remain in page memory unless you choose View all search results, which carries the search into the directory history entry. Your browser may retain history state when restoring a session.

Scientific expressions, data lists and equation coefficients are processed on your device. Scientific and quadratic reports include the expression or coefficients you enter. Standard-deviation reports include summary statistics, not the original list. The tools do not save these values in browser storage or send them to analytics.

Form data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in inboxes protected by the underlying provider's security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reputable infrastructure and keep credentials out of source code.

If this policy changes we will update the Last Updated date at the top. Substantive changes will be reflected before they take effect.
