How to use this tool
1. Choose how many coins to flip, from 1 to 100.
2. Press Flip coins. Each result appears in order, with counts of heads and tails.
3. Flip again for a new independent batch, or copy and print the current result. Reset returns to a single coin.
How the random choice works
Each coin independently selects one of two equally likely outcomes from the browser random source. Heads and tails are counted after the draw. Results are never forced to alternate or to balance within a batch.
Worked example
A batch of five flips might contain four heads and one tail. That does not make the next flip more likely to be tails; every new coin remains an independent two-outcome draw.
Questions and assumptions
Scope and assumptions
Short runs can contain streaks. This is a local random choice tool, not a shared live coin toss or a verifiable record of an external event.
Can a result be predicted or proved?
The browser supplies cryptographic random values, with no fallback to Math.random. If that source is unavailable, the tool reports an error. Repeated outcomes can happen naturally. A locally editable page and its printout are not independent proof of a draw; no signed server record is created.
